Since there weren't many good Kerala food options near the North Cliff in Varkala, we rode all the way to Dwaraka for dinner. Unfortunately, it was quite disappointing. It felt like they served us leftover chicken curry from the afternoon, which led to a day of loose motions afterward. The appam was not fresh or worth it, and the parota was too chewy. The roast was extremely oily and heavy. The only good part of the meal was the chicken chilli, which the chef kindly agreed to prepare fresh for us. Overall, I would not recommend this place if you're looking for quality Kerala food.

One of the best place near Varkala to have breakfast and Lunch. The restaurant serves spicey food. Beef roast, beef fry, chiken fry are all tastey. For lunch we had many options of Fishes. I had Ayala fry, natholi fry and Choora thala. Everything was delicious. Dishes are a little bit over spicey. So people who don't like more spicy food try to order something that is not too spicy. They don't have a dedicated parking facility.can use the space at road side for parking. Please note that they do not have Google pay or othe UPI payment facilities.

Hotel dwaraka is located in Varkala. It's purely Kerala cousine. They providing parota, meals and biriyani. Also providing ample of sidish varieties. However sea foods having raw smell which is majore drawback. They also having chicken and beef varities which is good. Rice they are providing Kerala red big rice, if u not familiar with that pls avoid meals and go with parota or biriyani. Rate is ok ... Reasonable.

Hotel Dwaraka, nestled in the charming locale of Varkala, promises a culinary journey that beckons travelers far and wide. However, my recent dining experience left much to be desired, warranting a modest three-star review.

Let's start with the highlight of the meal—the porotta and beef. While the porotta was adequately flaky and soft, it lacked the authentic taste that one expects from this Kerala delicacy. The beef, although tender, lacked the depth of flavor and seasoning that would have elevated the dish to greatness. It fell short of the tantalizing promises one might have anticipated.

Moving on to the ambiance and service, Hotel Dwaraka presents a mixed bag. The ambiance exudes a quaint charm, with its traditional décor and cozy seating arrangements. However, the overall atmosphere was marred by a lack of attention to detail and occasional lapses in service. The staff seemed overwhelmed and could benefit from additional training in customer service and efficiency.

In terms of value for money, Hotel Dwaraka falls short of expectations. The prices are on the higher side considering the quality and portion sizes offered. While one expects to pay a premium for an exceptional dining experience, the offerings here fail to justify the price point.

In conclusion, Hotel Dwaraka in Varkala has the potential to shine brighter with improvements in both culinary execution and service delivery. While the porotta and beef dish was passable, the overall dining experience left much to be desired. With some adjustments, this establishment could reclaim its status as a culinary gem in the...

I have been visited many hotel's,some hotel's have average food with kind customer service, some have good food and good customer service, this hotel me and my friends faced worst customer service and illogical price, and we ordered dosa, and they just served dosa, and they don't care about curry for this dosa, and we asked for Curry they said us, they only provide dosa without curry, if you want curry you need to pay 30rupees for one small bowl of curry, and only ate 2 dosa for that curry, if want more curry again you want buy another bowl of curry, we experienced it, not sure they provide this kind of customer service consistently, but we experienced it, they behaving like a uneducated people, my friends are from the Tamilnadu and we entered this hotel loud talk in tamil, they may be guess, they all came from Tamilnadu, so their behavior may changed like this😆😆😆

I never give a worst review...

Budget friendly restaurant along with homely taste. Highly recommended 👌. I would share my experience not sure how it was for other.

We, a group of 4 went to have lunch here. Space was almost full couldn't find any family room as it was peak time. They were saying to order as quickly as possible as rice was about to get finished. We orders 3 meals and 1 chicken biriyani along with that Tuna head curry, Neymeen curry and Small fish fry (Notholi). All tasted homely except Small fish fry as it was not hot to eat. Even curries that we got along with meals was super yummy. Chicken biriyani rice is small one and that too with fried chicken with less masala which I love...
