I visited KR Bakers today at 2:30 pm and opted for the AC section. Upon arrival, I noticed a free table with leftover items not yet cleaned. Despite catching the attention of a service person, it took 15 minutes for cleaners to address the table. I told the service man that I'm waiting for that long. Even though, it took an additional 10 minutes for the service person to take my order, despite passing by earlier. The overall customer care was very poor, and the wait for food was excessively long, totalling...

Bad atmosphere. Unhygienic enviroment. Too costly and less quantity. The owner of the shop is only focusing on money making. Soon all your shops will be replaced by another restuarants.fooling customers by selling small piece chicken fry. I feel pity towards the owner. Lets see how long the owner will fool the customers.
