It's great to hear that a government-operated restaurant in Kerala is providing a high-quality dining experience that rivals private establishments. Investing in comfortable furnishings and maintaining a pleasant ambiance can greatly enhance the overall dining experience for customers.
When government-run establishments prioritize aesthetics and comfort, it reflects a commitment to excellence in service and customer satisfaction. This can also contribute to promoting tourism and showcasing the cultural richness of the region.
Offering a well-maintained environment with comfortable seating can make guests feel welcomed and valued, encouraging them to return and recommend the restaurant to others. It's an example of how government entities can innovate and adapt to meet the expectations of modern consumers while still serving the public interest.
Porotta and chicken varutharacha curry are classic Kerala dishes known for their rich flavors and aromatic spices. Porotta was soft and fluffy, as it's a staple bread in Kerala cuisine and is often enjoyed with various curries.
The chicken varutharacha curry, prepared with fried coconut and spices, sounds like a flavorful and satisfying dish. The combination of spices and the sizzling hot curry likely added depth and warmth to the meal, complementing the soft texture of the porotta perfectly.
While the food was delicious and the ambiance pleasant, the service could have been more efficient. However, it's good to hear that the service staff were accommodating despite the delay.
Cleanliness and accessibility are important factors in any dining establishment, and it's great that the wash area, restroom, and parking facilities met your expectations. Easy accessibility can enhance the overall convenience of dining out, making it more appealing for customers.
Hopefully, the restaurant management takes note of your experience and works towards enhancing their service standards while maintaining the positive aspects of...

Has ultiple outlets in one area- An Air conditioned restaurant that provides veg and non veg dishes (chicken, fish), a raw chicken outlet (provides fresh as well as frozen chicken in whole and curry cut forms as well as as sausages, lollipops etc . Offers both broiler and Nadan varieties of chicken), a poultry products outlet (which includes dog feed, bio manure etc), and a small icecream outlet. Has parking facilities for both 4 and 2 wheelers. The restaurant offers a nice dine in. Not lit up and furnished as one may expect from a private restaurant but the ambience is comfortable, neat and decent. The food is around 20 to 40rs more priced than a restaurant of same grade but there is the advantage that kepco offers chicken with no antibiotics added and is more reliable-health & hygeine wise since it is a state run enterprise. Staff are very polite. The restaurant has a waiting lounge (although there is rarely any congestion). Food tastes good. Hope you have a...

Turning to the food, I ordered porotta and chicken varutharacha curry. The food was moderately spicy, with the curry sizzling hot. The porotta, on the other hand, was remarkably soft and fluffy. The chicken curry was prepared with fried coconut, resulting in a delicious blend of spices.
However, the service left something to be desired. Even with just 2-3 patrons in the restaurant, it took approximately 20 minutes for the food to be served. The service staff, though, were accommodating. The wash area and restroom were relatively clean, and there was ample parking available. The restaurant is easily accessible.
Porotta priced at 12 rupees and the chicken curry...
