Mumbai Haji Ali — Restaurant in Kerala

Staff attitude was very dissapointing, they dont give value for the customers time. Ordered sandwich and juices, paid money and waited for around 35 minutes, inbetween we went to the counter to ask the status, the guy in the cash counter replied yes it is almost ready and he told us that he will wave his hand when the order is ready. After 35 minutes we again went, the guy casually told the sandwich is not available as there is no bread. We couldnt understand why couldnt they tell it initially or even when we went to check the status. We asked for the refund, the next point the guy said is that they cant provide refund and need to order roll. We are giving the money and waited 35 minutes to have what they would give us!!! Had a really bad experience at Haji Ali Juice Centre outlet at Mall Of Travancore. Ordered Kaju Milkshake for two. What I got was plain cold milk with lots and lots of raw plain cashew nuts at the bottom of this glass. It was basically milk not shake. When I enquired at the counter, the staff wanted to sound ultra cool by telling me that this is how they make their shakes. Shakes arent thick here he said and the nuts they put it deliberately. He told me as if he was doing me a favor. Sounded really arrogant as a customer. Having had to pay 180 plus GST for one glass of milk plus a few cash nuts I found his attitude and explanation very hard to digest(the same can bes said about the Kaju shake) . Tried this place for the first time and ordered a few juices — Watermelon, Shamam, and Pineapple 🍉🍈🍍.

Honestly, the experience wasn’t very satisfying. The juices didn’t feel refreshing as expected, and they were served not cold enough, which took away the freshness factor. Taste-wise, they were just okay, nothing special.
