The kfc, seems fine, but there are a few gripes about this branch. The store is decently sized, and has ample dining area. The counter is placed in center and has dining options towards both alternate sides. The counter and the people are very patient and friendly, nothing bad there. There is a toilet facility towards the left end of the counter. The toilets look okay, not too clean but definitely not too ugly. They use a aromatic element or a solution that’s really good in masking the toilet odours. Its like getting into a maruti 800, and smells like a BMW 😂. Anyway the aroma is good. Similarly with the wash area too, great aroma and decently clean. The graphics in such a big franchise could have been better, considering that its just black walls and a few wordings inside. The parking is ample as the plaza has good frontage. Lighting is warm and okay, as there isn’t anything particularly to make you go nuts. But the 3 major issues or negatives, i saw was one regarding the air con and the other regarding furnitures. The air con was switched off when i was there and since it was hot( thanks to the design where the glass instantly transforms space into an over if there is no air conditioning) it was absolutely horrible to dine in while sweating. I wonder what’s the situation for the kitchen staff when there is no electricity. I believe it is a part of cost cutting done by the management in terms of construction costs. Secondly the furniture, its all fine but its a kfc, an American fast food conglomerate, which should posess some kind of a standard in terms of the look and feel of the products and interiors. Some chairs towards the right is a just a combination of plastic chair welded to a metal framework, a chair we often see in low budget restaurants and dhabas while you do long road trips. It really doesn’t fit in here. Its ugly to be honest. So i believe the interiors is also a part where the management really reduced the budget for something that they couldn’t say no to. Overall the furniture and the table makes the interior feel cheap and rushed in. It could definitely have been better. The other is the quantity of the sauces, the design of the container is really good and in some perspective misleading too. The top of the small case is wide which makes the user choose the dipping, but when you peel the cover you see that the volume is reduced in half, where the top lid or cover is like a sunshade or a roof overhang, which is extends outwards. The case is too small that a sauce (where literally mayo and tomato sauce is combined) costs Rs 1.5 per gram. Its an expensive dip!! So Rs 30 for 20 grams of this sauce. Common, seriously? I am paying 600 for a box of chicken and you can’t even give me a complementary sauce? Unbelievable. Unfortunately this opinion is not going to change anything as the conglomerates are forcing customers into paying for literally everything. As long as the rich can afford, the others follow. Its only a matter of time that kfc charges for the parking visibly in broad daylight, as now they might be charging for the parking through the be menu. Thats...

I had actually ordered KFC throught their official website. The order was placed and the paymemt was also made at 8pm. They gave the expected delivery time as 8.45pm but till 9.15pm I got no update on the order. (The tracking link showed some nonsense location, nothing else😠). The order was meant to be placed at Thrippunithura Vadakkekotta KFC outlet. We tried contacting the outlet but couldn't. Then we contacted the customer care which atleast took 35 minutes to respond and they informed us that we will soon receive a call from the Thrippunithura outlet, which we never got.😡 It was past 10pm and at last I planned to got to the outlet by my own to enquire about the order. I was surprised to know that the outlet only delivered through Zomato alone and only accepted orders directly from their app and website if the customer care people would call them and confirm our order. What the hell was that!😳😡 They have their own app and website and only accepted that orders after we contact the customer care and they contact the outlet!!!😡 (So if we don't contact the lazy customer care- which took 35 minutes to respond, looking for our order, then there we loss our order! 😅) An international brand KFC! Are you guys kidding at the customers !?🙄 A hungry person has to wait for hours to receive food after ordering from KFC website/app or even lose the order mid-way 🤬. It wasn't experienced by me alone, many others were there complaining on the same. Thank god, never ever ordering from...

KFC Muvattupuzha offers a satisfying dining experience for fast food lovers, especially those craving the signature crispy chicken and flavorful sides that the brand is known for. Conveniently located in Muvattupuzha, the restaurant is a popular spot for both locals and travelers looking for a quick and tasty meal. The interior is clean, modern, and spacious, with a casual ambiance that’s perfect for families, friends, or solo diners.

The menu at KFC Muvattupuzha features a variety of classic KFC items, including the iconic fried chicken, burgers, wraps, and a range of sides like mashed potatoes, coleslaw, and french fries. The chicken is consistently fresh, hot, and crunchy, with the signature blend of herbs and spices delivering a rich, flavorful experience. The service is generally quick, and the staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring that customers feel welcome and their orders are handled efficiently.

The restaurant also offers convenient takeaway and delivery options, making it easy for customers to enjoy their favorite KFC meals at home. While prices are on the higher side for fast food, the quality of the food justifies the cost. Overall, KFC Muvattupuzha is a reliable choice for anyone craving delicious fried chicken and a quick,...

Paid INR 550 for raw french fries, and barely any chicken popcorn in the rice. In fact, the guy behind the counter decided to upgrade our chicken popcorn rice and gave us the "meal deal" and charged me for it, something that we didn't ask for. He later apologised and gave us a large order of their horrible french fries instead!! Lose ... lose!! Now to the manager Mr Anand Thomas ! When we entered, he was sprawled on the customer bar counter facing the street to the left of the entrance with another employee watching some social media videos! There were around 10 customers dining in, and he didn't seem too bothered. After my incident with my order, I walked up to him and told him about my experience, and his employees should not decide what the customer wants. He seemed quite lackadaisical and laid back and said "OK" and went back to discussing the interesting video that he was watching . I don't know who runs this franchise of KFC, but I think he is the primary problem and the reason why the employees are so. Unless of course the franchise owners themselves are the real problem!!

I recently visited the KFC outlet in Muvattupuzha with friends for dinner, and unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. The outlet wasn't crowded when we arrived, but we quickly noticed that most of the menu items were out of stock. We had to choose from very limited options, mainly burgers, and even some chicken items were unavailable. The cleanliness of the tables left much to be desired, with leftover plates and food scraps on the tables. It was disheartening to see a staff member playing mobile games with some people occupied a table - who doesn’t seems to be guests, rather than attending to the cleanliness of the restaurant. The quality of the food was another letdown. The chicken wings we ordered were not cooked well, which further added to our dissatisfaction. Overall, it was not a good experience at this KFC outlet, and I hope they improve their stock availability, cleanliness, and food quality soon.
