Absolutely PATHETIC service at KFC balaramapuram.
On August 6th, I bought their Wednesday special — 12 pieces for Rs 399+tax. When I got home, i found one of the broasted chicken pieces (Hc) was missing. It was a takeaway order, so I assumed maybe it was a mistake, so I didn’t complain.
Fast forward to August 9th, evening around 7 30pm — I went back to buy their 9 pieces for RS.299+tax offer, (the one I’ve bought from here at least 5–6 times before). The cashier — the same guy who has taken my order before — straight up lied to my face saying, “KFC never had that offer.” He kept repeating that if it’s not in their machine, it doesn’t exist. He didn’t just say it’s not available today — he denied it ever existed.
So in the space of a week:
• They shorted me food I paid for.
• They lied to me about an offer I’ve bought multiple times.
• They treated me like I’m lying.
This is dishonest, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. As a regular customer, I feel cheated and insulted. KFC needs to train their staff better — and maybe teach them not to lie to loyal customers.
