I ordered the Wednesday Specials 15 pc Bucket from KFC Kowdiar on 17th September, and it turned out to be one of the most disappointing KFC experiences I’ve had. For a reputed international brand, I expected fresh, hot food and smooth service, but this outlet failed badly.
Even though I had placed the order in advance, the staff only began preparing it after I arrived at the outlet. This completely defeated the purpose of ordering ahead and wasted my time. On top of that, the staff seemed uninterested and lacked basic courtesy, handling the order in a very careless manner. A simple smile or polite communication goes a long way in customer service, but unfortunately, that was missing here.
The food itself was another letdown. The Hot Wings and Peri Peri Strips were far from fresh — soggy, lacking crispiness, and tasting like they had been sitting out for too long. The chicken on the bone also felt reheated instead of freshly cooked. To make matters worse, the next day I experienced stomach upset, which I strongly believe was due to the poor quality and hygiene of the food.
Paying ₹425 for a meal that was stale, and even caused health issues is simply unacceptable. KFC Kowdiar seriously needs to improve its food quality, hygiene standards, and staff attitude. Until then, I cannot recommend this outlet to anyone expecting the true...

Few chicken pieces were undercooked which we didn't consume. But within few hours , I got sick and hospitalized due to non stop vomiting and stomach upset. Same was the case with my other family members including my kids who had dinner with me ,but my situation was bit severe.Doctor told I got food poisioning.Had to stay at emergency ward through out the night during Diwali occasion. I am somewhat recovered today only . Please request you to stop taking orders if you only have stale or spoilt chicken in your shop . I have to pay premium price for this contaminated/spoilt food and also have to pay hospital bills. Please dont ruin other people's day. There are kids at home who eat the same food as we do . Lucky that kids only had few items from the order and we some how managed their vomiting with the medications at home. I had eaten from many other KFC outlets in TVM in the past and never had such a disastrous experience from any of it. I dont know why you people are doing such a horrible thing to us who order food only because of the trust we had in your food...
Read moreI had made an online dine in delivery from KFC APP to this restaurant via order id K360011117 and K360011119 .By 6 30 PM ,I got the message that the order is ready.However,when I reached the place,I was surprised to know that the order has not been started and I had to wait in que for again 5 min to get the order paper and to start the order(which as per KFC was already ready).Even after 7 20 PM ie more than 10 min after I got the order paper,the order was not ready,when I complained for the same,the manager as well as the executives behaved badly to me in front of the customers .He also told that he doesn't care and you may complain anywhere for the same.He used the line "Thaan enne angu mooki keettumarikkum" in front of all the people.This is how the manager and executives behave at this KFC.Its a very humiliating and bad experience from them.My family who had gone there to enjoy a good time got a very bad experience that too in front of my children .Very very bad experience and the staffs should be fired .Else you will end up getting litigations from the high profile customers residing at...
