Went to Bikash Babu Trivandrum at around 2pm. It was dry sunny afternoon and temperature were around 32°c outside. We entered Bikash Babu to drink some cool lassi and have some super tasty snacks. Unfortunately our experience turned out to be pretty horrible .We entered the shop and immediately it felt like we were sitting near a hot pan. It was so hot inside. They were running a few puny fans and both AC in the shop were switched off. We requested the staff to switch on AC. One guy said ask someone else rudely. I requested the same to the guy in the counter. He nodded. Then started preparing our order. He took 10 minutes to prepare the order. Inbetween I reminded them another 2-3 times. He didn't bother. Then after we got the order I reminded them again. He took remote switched on AC and immediately switched it off. After 10 minutes passed I requested them again and he again said he will. A total of 7-8 times I requested the same guy and all he did was nod but did literally nothing. And fun fact, temperature inside the shop measured in my phone was 37°c while it was 33c outside. We were relieved to gobble the food in few minutes and then rush out. We had to endure this after we had 4 snacks for 200+ RS but the staff their feels they are not entitled to acknowledge simple request like switching on AC during these hot afternoons.

Just a simple request to shop owner. Please understand your not running a road side eatery or a bakery. Bikash Babu has a reputation. Try to be little more caring to your customers. To us it looked like your in losses and can't afford to pay your electric bills by just seeing the expression on face of your staff when I requested them to switch on AC atleast a...
