KFC — Restaurant in Kerala

Relatively new. It has ample parking space but the management is terrible. Ryt from the parking space to taking order. I went on a Wednesday evening for the special KFC offer. I couldn't find parking for my car because the bikes occupied the spaces without any discipline.

Half of the space for ordering food was occupied by Zomato delivery personels and the other half was occupied by customers who's waiting for the order. There is no way to know if they are standing for ordering or to collect the order. There's abundant seating space in the top floor. After maneuvering myself through the queue, I was informed to wait for one hour for my order to be prepared. After this i totally lost it and left the place. Worst experience ever from a KFC joint in Kerala.

Ps: There was a self ordering machine which did not have the card swiping machine, which totally defeats its purpose as u need to stand in the queue again to...

Rating only for Chizza & peri peri strips.... KFC is Turning out to be my favorite restaurant in Thiruvananthapuram...and recently i had learned about this chicken cizza and peri peri strips..So eager to check out this Chicken chizza did visit their Manacaud outlet...

This too has been given a facelift recently and it looks too good...Seating capacity in 1st floor this is a well maintained place with sufficient seating capacity thats not mush cramped too..The Parking seems to more than sufficient for this place for sure...

The Service is quick with efficient and friendly manager/staffs and prompt quick and polite servers..Waiting time is less and food is served perfectly...The Chizza had to served was very efficient and served it...

This outlet offers a positive dining experience with adequate parking space for 3-4 cars and motorcycles. The ambiance is impressive, providing a great atmosphere with fewer crowds. The freshness of the chicken is awesome, contributing to an authentic taste. The only drawback is observed during the Wednesday offer, where they tend to serve smaller pieces (10 H&C). Despite this, the overall service is commendable, and KFC Manacaud maintains its reputation for delivering a consistently enjoyable...
