ARE YOU KIDDING ME, AL HASSAN MANACAD?! TEN YEARS! TEN SOLID YEARS I'VE BEEN A CUSTOMER, THROUGH THICK AND THIN, VISITING MULTIPLE BRANCHES, AND THIS IS THE UTTER GARBAGE YOU SERVE ME?! I walked in there, craving some protein, KNOWING you used to serve decent Alfaham in the afternoon. I sat in your inadequate non-AC section, ALONE, and waited HALF AN HOUR for your so-called "Green Chilli Alfaham"! Half an hour for a dish that tasted like someone dumped the entire SALT MINE into it! It was UNBEARABLE! One bite and my taste buds recoiled in disgust! And your utterly unhelpful waiter? I informed him it was EXCESSIVELY SALTY, and he had the AUDACITY to just hand me HALF A LIME?! As if squeezing a small lime is going to magically ERASE A SIGNIFICANT EXCESS OF SALT?! ARE YOU DELUDED?! I tried it, you incompetent individual, and it was STILL DISGUSTING! I informed him AGAIN! Did he offer to change it? DID HE APOLOGIZE? NO! He simply stood there, unresponsive, and then called over some other apron-wearing INDIVIDUAL from the kitchen! I explained the inedible food you served me, and what did EITHER OF THEM DO?! NOTHING! I reluctantly consumed half of that salty mess because I was hungry, and then you have the AUDACITY to present me with the FULL BILL?! I PAID, with considerable displeasure, and even your CASHIER, sitting there passively, couldn't offer a single apology! IS THIS HOW YOU TREAT LOYAL CUSTOMERS?! IS YOUR ATTITUDE "WE SERVE YOU SUBSTANDARD FOOD, YOU CONSUME IT, REMAIN SILENT, AND PAY"?! Let me tell you something, AL HASSAN MANACAD, I wouldn't offer that excessively salty excuse for chicken to anyone I have ill will towards! Deceptive Pricing and a Horrible Experience ​My experience here was truly one of the worst I've ever had. I was drawn in by the promise of this being a "budget-friendly" option, but that could not be further from the truth. The claim is completely misleading. ​The most frustrating part of the visit was the deceptive pricing. The prices listed on the menu were not what I was charged. When the bill arrived, the total was significantly higher. I pointed this out to the staff, referencing the price in their own menu, and their only excuse was that the "brochure is wrong." This is completely unacceptable. It feels like a bait-and-switch tactic to get customers in the door. ​If you're looking for an honest, budget-friendly place, look elsewhere. The experience was terrible, and the misleading practices left a very sour taste. I will not be returning and would strongly advise others to double-check their bill or just avoid this...

I loved this hotel, until yesterday i came there for lunch there was a bit rush and i waited , when i a saw a seat empty i sat there as soon as i sat there a waiter came to me and told me that i couldnt sat there because there, i was really hungry and i was in a big rush. So i told him i waited for sometime why i cant i have my lunch there he said there is muslim family which is waiting there, later that i knew i was wearing a chandana kuri at the moment thats why he evicted me from there. This was one of my worst incident in that hotel . They treat people according to cast there because i am a hindu he denied me lunch. They can check there cctv footage if i said anything wrong or incorrect. I was one of there regular customer i spend between 2000 to 3000 a month there. After this incident i hate this hotel.
