Very bad experience.. From the ac restaurant..not even know how to behave towards the guest... Mslf nd my family are foodies nd we travel too much for exploring different foods... Personally i am a down to earth person nd i behave very politely towards the waiter.. Which was the mistake i dne i felt so... Under estimating the customer is toobad for a good resturant... Asked for their signature dishh nd the waiter said everythng is their in the menu... My question was not how many dishes r thr but their signature... Which felt like insulting me... Coz the way he replied was unfair... After taking the order nd whn the food arrived he neva came ti our side for asking anything else i wanted... After getting the bill to i said card payment he dint botherd to bring the swipe machine... Waited a lot.. After that i went to his side walking asking is ths the way he said no... Shud i wait for his convenience i dont undrstand... Food was good.. Putting ths kind of waiters in a hotel like ths will degrade the hotel reputation... After giving the food... He neva passed our table... I had to order the hindi waiters who stood thr 4 my needs... Got insulted too much.. Paid bill more than 600 nd went from thr.... To the mangement..... Ths my 1st ever negative review about a restaurant... Put some staff atleast knowing how to behave... Its my descency that i kpt mum nd went ot from thr... Thot too much regarding ths review.. It looks pretty from outside with ample space for parking (It should be crowded in the evening considering nearby shops). Tables are arranged well, but would appreciate a bit more effort to keep it clean. Waitresses in dark themed attire runs Helter skelter (like black ants😀) inside, though it would take some time for them even to notice you. Waited like 10 minutes to get the menu, and get the first glass of water. And mostly they don't speak or don't know Malayalam! And they don't smile at all. No one. (Others have different opinion) But there is an effort definitely. My first order for a humble tea took like 25 minutes to realise. And it keeps spilling on the dancing table. Not to mention about the taste. It was wierd. Now I started wondering about the wheat parottas and the chicken ulartu I ordered. And it came after an handsome 39 mins. Surprise! Flavour was oozing out of each bite. Coconut slices, curry leaves. You name it and it was all in there. However, considering the ingredients, the taste is too much. Taste makers? Chances are there.
