I'm absolutely delighted with my experience at McDonald's Aluva! As a frequent visitor to this location, I've always been impressed with the consistency of their service and food quality.

From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and promptly took my order. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable seating options for both small and large groups.

The food, of course, was the highlight of my visit. I opted for the signature Big Mac, which was cooked to perfection and presented beautifully. The patty was juicy, the lettuce was crisp, and the special sauce added just the right amount of flavor.

Usually don't think about reviewing a McDonald's cos I'm generally a fan and I've been to McD hundreds of times probably... But the experience at the Aluva Metro Station McD was amazing.. we were met with a very warm smile and we were given very genuine suggestions of what to order (i am a McD regular so i generally know my order).. Even the burgers were cooked really well with each element cooked to perfection - especially the egg which i usually hate since its hard and rubbery but this time, it was super smooth and enjoyable!!

The whole vibe of the place was great with lovely lively staff, great music and some good old food joint chatter to brighten up our 10PM pitstop in between our long drive..
