Highly unprofessional. The review is only about their attitude, not food. They are behaving in a very rude manner towards the customer calling them "podo", "vado" etc in a rude tone. Made me and my family stay in queue for around 18 minutes after paying and taking the token. Once I reached the counter they said the food (we ordered 3 biriyani) is over. They are letting people they know break the queue and take food, due to which we, who had been staying in queue didn't get food. They refunded without any issue but being the only hotel in the area, they should not have done this. Especially to people having health issues like diabetes.
