Food was awesome , but today we had such a bad experience from one among the staff and the owner whom was sitting at the front counter owner i guess . I had tried their food past a few days back and i was totally blown me off because of their taste 👌and service , So i had decided to take my friends to experience the taste , so we were traveling from Feroke to Kalpetta just to eat the food . We were late because of traffic so we ordered the food for later we said ‘just keep it for us ‘ . When we reached there and settled we said to the Waiter that we had ordered the food before in the name of SAFEER . So he replied to us like he got it !!!. When we were at the finishing side of our dinner the person called and asked by phone were are you guys . So we answered him that we already had our food . At the same time he came to us and shouted for not saying in the counter. We were totally out of mind what we had to say 😕. There was no mistake of us , we already said to the waiter that we already ordered on the name. ☹️ This night was so bad for us , we just traveled from all the way from home just to Kalpetta just to experience the food , but we got the bad experience from the management. We recently visited New Form Restaurant in Kalpetta, Wayanad, around 10:15 PM, and was relieved to find it open as we were worried about finding a place to eat at that time. The restaurant has a diverse menu, including chicken biryani, fish alfam, butter naan, broasted chicken, fish fry, mutton chops, parota chicken curry, vegetarian options, Chinese dishes, fast food, and desserts.

During our visit, we ordered chicken hot and sour soup, chicken soup, chicken fried rice, chicken Szechwan fried rice, chicken lollipop, chicken 65, mushroom 65, and desserts. Unfortunately, chicken biryani, egg biryani, and other South Indian dishes were unavailable, so we had to opt for Chinese and fast food items.

The soup was a bit spicy, but the chicken fried rice was good. The Szechwan fried rice was also on the spicy side. The chicken lollipop, however, was quite small compared to its price. The service was average, with waiters struggling to understand and process our orders. Hygiene was below average, with table cleaning and removing empty plates happening only when called for. On a positive note, the desserts were quite good.
