I had a very disappointing experience at pallath hotel in Kalamassery. The food was of poor quality, and there was a noticeable lack of hygiene. The cleanliness of the place was subpar, which made me uncomfortable. The staff, particularly the cash collector, displayed unprofessional behavior and lacked proper manners when interacting with customers. This completely ruined the overall experience.

The taste of the food was also disappointing; it did not meet even the basic expectations of a decent meal. It was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had in Kalamassery, and I would highly advise against visiting this place if you care about your health.
