Read moreFor the many years this hotel has existed the one thing that has been consistent throughout is their bad service. Like the three musketeers, there exists here three WhatsApp keshavan maaman look alikes with their extremely judgemental and prejudiced looks that if they find you looking at the menu for some time they serve you judgements rather than serve food. One might consider oneself lucky if one gets the other good waiters that work there. For a hotel to last so long is proof to the fact that there is nothing so wrong with the food, but however to still not attract any new young customers or to be under the radar with not much competition around - the only reason I can find is their service. Most of the customers include families, I myself have visited the place many times that is only under the suggestion of my father. Have also been to small functions being hosted there mostly retirement programs of sorts where in the crowd mostly includes older people who are accustomed to tacky waiters but for us in our twenty's the service here sticks out like a sore thumb pretty much unacceptable by today's standards we find at good restaurants. If the food here is 3.5/5 the service is -5/5 so much so that the overall experience may fill your tummy's but not so much satisfy...
Read moreI feel sad for posting this review as I know it hits the owner direct but it falls their responsibility to train their serving staff to carry some level of hospitality behavior whilst being in this industry. High regards to their food and I don’t complain on slightly high prices when food is good and the ambience too was nice. The server needs training he might have had a bad day no smiles fine, comes and starts of with a grin when asked what’s available for breakfast. When masala dosa was told I asked him if he can make it Ghee masala dosa when I get the first sigh as if I don’t know what I am talking…. Okay fine had Poori masala and then when I raised hands for an extra poori he looked at me as if why can’t I order it all at once. He kept the poori and courtesy demands that he asks if I needed more bhaji which he didn’t ! I did not ask him for anything free did I just charge but care to ask. A bill of 140 rupees for poori and tea again I don’t have any complaints but...
