Misleading pricing structure in their app and in store.

When called to clarify with customer care their tone was like they were doing a favor by talking to me itself in first place.

A medium chicken Tikka stuffed crust maxxx pizza in their own online app was reflecting at 549 + Tax ( with 475 ml pepsi free), but in a takeaway invoice from store same went upto 708 + Tax with no Pepsi. ( Store- Pappanamcode- Trivandrum, Kerala).

Where they charging me for inconveniencing them by placing a order.

Customer care representative was like they are aware of such differential pricing practise and their team will call me back ASAP, which never happened.

Least we expect from these so called chains are professionalism and customer centric approach, which was not in display here.

Hope you guys refrain from looting customer or else there is no dearth of alternatives.

I visited this Pizza Hut outlet and was extremely disappointed with the dine-in experience. The air conditioning was not working, and as soon as we stepped inside, it felt like walking into a furnace. The heat was unbearable, making it very difficult to sit and enjoy the meal.

For a well-known international brand like Pizza Hut, maintaining basic comfort for customers should be a top priority. Even though the staff was polite and the food tasted fine, the atmosphere completely ruined the experience. Dining in should be pleasant, not a struggle to tolerate the temperature.

I sincerely request the management to address this issue immediately. Customers expect not just good food but also a comfortable environment. Without proper cooling, it’s simply not worth...

Overall an average experience. Ordered Garlic cheese bread but it was a normal bread with just cheese spread on top. It was a normal bread and there was not any flavour of garlic in bread.

There were no attend at the counter to take orders. Had to wait for few minutes. Also for Tandoori Paneer though on their website and in their brochure shoes a spicy, the attendant mentioned as it won't be spicy and no pizzas are available as spicy. This is a false promise given to customers, kindly take action to correct these.
