Pizza Hut | Kottarakkara, Kollam — Restaurant in Kerala

I am writing to share my disappointing experience at your Kottarakara outlet. Unfortunately, I have faced discouraging and unprofessional behavior from the staff there on multiple occasions.

The team appears to be more focused on discouraging customers rather than serving them. They insist that customers order only large and costly items, even when we specifically ask for smaller portions. This attitude makes the entire experience very unpleasant and unwelcoming.

During my today's visit with family, I spent around 45 minutes in the store and did not see even a single other customer. Later, when one customer did arrive, they too left without placing an order due to the negligence of the staff. Such behavior is clearly driving customers away.

Additionally, the store environment itself is not at all customer-friendly. The air conditioning was not working, and there was not even a single wall fan to provide comfort. When I raised this issue with the staff, their response was unfair and dismissive.

I am concerned that the shop owner may not be aware of how poorly the store is being managed. Experiences like this will only damage Pizza Hut’s reputation, as customers who visit this outlet will never recommend it to others.

I sincerely hope that you will look into this matter and take corrective action to improve both the service and facilities at this location.

Sorry to say this, but unless changes are made, this outlet will continue to lose...

The initiative to have a pizza hut at kottarakarra shall be apreciated! The spot is good ,parking facility available.

When it comes to food, its ok.Though there is no logic or sense in comparing Pizza hut at Europe or Gcc to a new initiatve (Due to variation in incredients based on location and its availablity)but improvements can be made. More offers to attract the potential customers -teenagers can be made

Regarding food-

fillings are fine bread dough is too soft which can be moderate the toppings are fine and much tastier than international outlets thats what i felt

My recent experience with Pizza Hut delivery was highly unsatisfactory. Despite providing the correct address during the online ordering process and pre-paying for the order, the delivery person arrived and demanded an additional 30rs in cash. This was unexpected and unacceptable, as I had already paid for the order in full online. After enduring the inconvenience of an additional payment upon delivery, we finally opened the pizza to find it was far from satisfactory. The pizza was not only cold and soggy, but the taste was also downright horrible and untasty. It was clear that the quality of the pizza fell far below the standard we expect from Pizza Hut....
