Rice Bowl — Restaurant in Kerala

Experienced Un professional and rude behavior from restaurant service team while ordering food parcel. I am also absolutely disappointed with the quality of food.

I recently ordered food parcel from RIce Bowl Restaurant with my frnds and family.we were disappointed with the food quality and quantity provided. We had ordered an Hot N Sour 1/2, but it was delivered below the normal quantity that we usually receive and we received only 1 portion. When we asked about it, he claimed that his restaurant was of international standard and this is how they usually serve. But later did we realize that the "international standard" that he mentioned was so sub-standard that he had only delivered only half of our order.

It's absolutely unbecoming to be irresponsible and the confidence to claim that they possess international standard.

I would like to ask the manager to kindly enquire what international standard truly means. It's not just about claiming your standard, instead you have to showcase your standard not by your words but by your service. Trust me, you are not even near the standard of typical restaurants of our state. Show some quality and grade in your service, then assert in arguing with...

Disappointing Experience at Rice Ball Restaurant...

I recently visited Rice Ball Restaurant with my frnds... and was thoroughly disappointed..with the food quality and quantity not value for money... We ordered 3 tapioca biryanis [ Kappa biriani] and one fried rice, but the biryanis were a letdown.... The rice was overly liquid nd lacked flavor, with only two small pieces of beef in each serving....Considering the price of 120 rupees per biryani, the quality nd quantity were unacceptable.....and very bad Customer service also....

I'm writing this review to express my disappointment and hope that the restaurant improves its standards... Until then, I would not recommend Rice Ball Restaurant to...

This restaurant has a very cramped dining space, it experiences a lot of rush on weekends and holidays. The food is just average. However, the way the staff handles customers is excellent. They are very polite and kind.

We ordered BBQ, rumali roti, and chicken biryani. Since rumali roti was unavailable, they asked if porotta would be fine and then served porotta instead. The BBQ was average, but the hot and crispy porotta was good. However, the chicken biryani was disappointing.

The cleanliness and hygiene are average. There is plenty of parking space...
