Food wise nothing changed and has always been excellent. But service wise, they are falling low. I am a regular visitor here. But today was one of the worst experiences. We ordered 4 items and had to wait almost an hour. No one is bothered to atleast say that they have some issue in kitchen or whatever their excuse may be. Mr. Ansar Makkar has been informed by his colleague about our frustration, yet he chose not to care and not say anything to coverup the amount of waiting.
10 Months Old Review from 2024:
What a Wheat Paratha it was. Excellent Wheat Paratha I ever tasted. It was very soft, light crisp and fresh. Great combo with an Egg Bhurji which was equally great at taste, except that I hate that pinch of pepper powder which I usually dislike. 2 Parathas with 1 Egg Bhurji is a good portion for 1 person. The ambience is excellent. They have a lovely baby bassinet for people with infant children. It is located on the Ground Floor of Seashore...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreVisited Safron for lunch yesterday around 1 PM, and it was one of the worst dining experiences Iāve had in a long time. The service was shockingly poor ā we had to wait over an hour just for a regular lunch. Despite repeatedly asking for basic things like drinking water, there was no response from the staff.
The staff seemed completely disinterested and untrained. There was no follow-up for refills on the meals, and even when we asked, we were ignored. We even wanted to speak to the manager, but that too was ignored.
To add to the frustration, they charged Rs. 40 + GST for a bottle of Aquafina water, which is normally Rs. 20. Such pricing might be acceptable if the service matched it ā but in this case, there was absolutely no justification for it.
Overall, a highly unprofessional and disappointing experience. Definitely not recommended if you're expecting decent service or...

Right Infront of the Craft Hospital stands the Seashore Residency with a Restaurant inside the premises. The Saffron. Beautiful and calming interiors. Not always crowded . Food we ordered was served hot and fresh. Mutton Biriyani was overwhelming with meat chunks and freshness in quantity and quality. Beef roast was deliciously cooked and garnished with onions. Not expensive as the hotel looks to be. And thatās the USP.
A coffee shop that takes order for all the shakes and juices is also nice as it comes faster than expected on demand.
Appreciate the hospitality and courtesy of the staff.
Recommended for family outings and gatherings for an authentic and quality space for an evening or any part of the day.
