I recently visited Sign Restaurant Kottakal, and I must say it was a delightful experience that took me straight back to my days in the Middle East. I ordered the Kebab Platter, which turned out to be the highlight of my meal. The kebabs were perfectly grilled – tender, juicy, and full of rich, smoky flavors. Each bite reminded me of the authentic Arabic-style kebabs I’ve enjoyed in Dubai. I recently had a rather disappointing experience with Sign Restrant Kottakkal when ordering a meal for my firm. The delivery service and the handling of our order left much to be desired.

We placed an order for one Chicken Biryani and Sweet Corn Soup, which were to be delivered approximately 2.5 km away from the restaurant. Regrettably, the delivery arrived with incorrect condiments - instead of receiving the desired accompaniment, we were given Tomato Ketchup. As mistakes can occur, I contacted the restaurant to have the issue addressed.

However, the situation took a turn for the worse. The restaurant agreed to re-deliver the correct items, but to our dismay, they repeated the same error and sent the wrong items once more. What added to the disappointment was the restaurant's unwillingness to acknowledge their mistakes and their lack of cooperation during the phone calls, making the entire experience all the more frustrating.

The errors in our order, coupled with the unhelpful customer service, significantly disrupted our mealtime. The restaurant's negligence and lack of accountability left a negative impression on our entire firm.

While I understand that oversights can happen, it is crucial for businesses to take responsibility for their mistakes and work towards resolving issues promptly and professionally. Unfortunately, Sign Restrant Kottakkal fell short in this aspect, leading to an unpleasant dining experience.
