I had worst experience with them. We have ordered 3 biriyani from there one of the delivery boys,and after placing the order the owner of the restaurant came started to act in a weird manner. The owner handed over 1 biriyani of the 3 packets to an old men which he came after us. This wasn't the first experience 3 or 4 months ago we bought Parottas from here and they put the Parottas directly to the plastic cover without wrapping in the silver foil or paper packet. Very worst experience with Sonus magic kitchen and I will never recommend this food place to anyone. By facing such dilemmas like this I doubt the quality of the food provided by them. Very poor service an old man at take away counter behaving rough to customers. I had billed and came to take away counter but he didn't receive the bill from me and received from others who came after me. When i asked about that he said he bacame agry and said he will not receive and do what i can. He behaving like a local goon. I went to billing counter, cancelled the bill and received my cash back. Billing counter staff didn't asked anything to me and just returned the cash. I think they all afraid of the staff. ( I don't know he is staff of owner because he is standing like a staff and behaving like he is the owner). This is not first time but i will never go...
