The worst restaurant I ever visited in my life....Yesterday (8.2.24)I went with my family to this restaurant. We reached by 10 in the night...My husband orederd kuzhimandi and I ordered chicken biriayni...after 10 min they said mandi is over...so we both ordered biriyani...we had a child of 2 years old....we went to Lulu and had only snack from home in the evening...they took our biriyani order...after around 15 min again the waiter came and said biriyani is finished...so we asked:what do you have now...they said:fried rice, pulav,plain rice,noodles, porotta etc....so my husband was not satisfied...he said we will look other hotel...but it was almost 10.45 and hotels will be closed somewhat...so we ordered noodels and chicken pulav...after waiting for 15 min again we got our noodles...since we three were too hungry we shared and ate and gave most portion to our child...then we waited for pulav after finishing the noodles...so that I and my husband can full our tummy....after around 20 min, they said that pulav is not there..... May be you need to wait more than half an hr for that...already we waited 1 hr and we just got 1 noodles as what we ordered...it was such a worst customer service and worst hotel I ever visited in my life...They take too much time to deliver the food....by 10 night, no biriyani, no mandi, no pulav nothing and still we can see people coming to the restaurant....what are theh going to deliver them...just fried rice and porotta???it was a horrible experience....we complained it to the one's who were sitting in the bill counter...they didn't had anything to say...We waited there 1 hr till 11 o clock with a 2 years old child just to hear that no food is available...We paid the complete bill(Rs.180) of 2 freshlime we ordered and a noodles plate.Everyone that heard this told we shouldn't have given them the full amount....I never expected this from such a hotel....Luckily Royal was open and we ate from there....Anway mever gonna visit the restaurant in my...

I recently visited Thaal Kitchen for dinner with high expectations, especially as I was quite hungry.

Ambience & Parking The experience started on a positive note. The parking area was spacious and accommodating, which made the arrival stress-free. Once inside, the ambience was absolutely delightful—inviting and aesthetically pleasing, setting the mood for a great dining experience.

Service Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. Despite waiting for 10 minutes, the waiter seemed unorganized. My order included: • Sweet Corn Chicken Soup • Sweet and Sour Chicken Soup • Chicken Noodles • Garlic Chicken • Kappa and Chicken Curry

However, the Sweet and Sour Chicken Soup was completely forgotten, and only the Sweet Corn Chicken Soup was served. To make matters worse, the starters were served after the main course, which disrupted the flow of the meal.

Food Quality • Chicken Curry: Overly spicy to the point of being inedible. • Noodles & Garlic Chicken: These were decent, but nothing extraordinary. • Soups: I can’t comment on the Sweet and Sour Chicken Soup since it was missed, but the Sweet Corn Chicken Soup was fairly average.

Overall Experience While the ambience and parking were commendable, the service and food quality were disappointing. It felt as though the staff lacked attention to detail, and the uneven pacing of the meal diminished the dining experience.

Thaal Kitchen has potential, but significant improvements are needed in service efficiency and food preparation to make it a place...
