One of the worst possible restaurants ever... let me start with the staff...pathetic angry faced women who just don't know how to treat customers...banging food on the table, being unresponsive to queries , being in their own worlds , just humming around to the tunes of music played from a phone..I could go on and on... then the food...had the misfortune to try their chicken biriyani .. utterly tasteless ..half cooked rice .. chicken definitely not prepared fresh..no egg included...salad without even semblance of any curd .. then parotta which was more paapad ..old stuff heated in haste and served ... Chicken curry which really was a worry in all ways possible... finally the atmosphere, they have a so called ac room which conveniently accommodates flies and other bugs ..so full marks for environment friendliness .. like guys come on, with a name synonymous for something grand and a symbol .. you have raised the bar for utter hopelessness ... and do accept feedback and work on it ... there are people who value great food & service..and when there is value - it feels hard earned money...

Very bad service Ordered a chicken fried rice along with some other food total cost of Rs.798 The chicken fried rice was totally waste, there was no salt, in order to inform this I called up the restaurant and the response was very bad. They were saying we can't do anything now As we delivered the order by 7pm and u r calling is at 10pm U should have to call us before 10 pm And the lady who answered the call was very very rude Those who are reading this review please save your money and better go to some thattukada better than this bad restaurant Food as well ad the staffs are not at all recommended NB: when I called up this restaurant there was gents staffs and I was able to hear the gents voice but there were not ready to talk to me They were in this attitude like ' Venamenkil thinnit poda" See we paid our money and we got the worst food ever If I can give negative review I would have...
