Wow! Momo — Restaurant in Kerala

Wow! Momo, Chenthi, Pongumoodu - Today we had a worst experience with this restaurant. We had ordered momos from this restaurant through Swiggy however, we received uncooked items which cannot be consumed. On raising this issue with Swiggy, they tried to replicate the order by contacting the restaurant for a replacement request, but the restaurant cancelled/denied this request which was very unprofessional way to deal with a customer. We had similar bad experience with Wow! China restaurant as well earlier when ordered through Swiggy. So we believe this chain of restaurant doesn't care about the food quality and...

So we visited this on yesterday evening, on google maps it said OPEN but when we went there it was CLOSED during working hours. We came against here today in the afternoon it was open with no other customers, on google it said it’s open, but the receptionist said TAKE AWAYS ONLY, NO DINE-INS . But we were there to sit and eat and enjoy, He Added unnecessary packaging charges as well but it wasn’t us who opted for takeaway rather he forced us to takeaways and denied dine in...

Today I went for the first and the last time to this Sreekariyam wow momo outlet .. the person handling the counter Anoop did not give me the bill .. later on asking he gave but the number mentioned on the bill was not mine ..on asking he told that he was busy taking online order so he didn't take my number .. though after argument he gave me another bill .. but he was really rude ... and also we dine in but he changed rs 5 for...
