It's a quite good ambience at ambrosia, Kazhakootam. They have display of Cakes, Pastries, cookies etc. Customers can pick and choose what they require. Staff is courteous. They do accept credit cards. The shop is located besides Nippon Toyota showroom. Parking space is limited. The shop is noticeable from normal traffic. They do run coffee shop and serve pizzas,burgers, starters like Veg nuggets etc. Definitely a shop to drop in if you're interested in Pizzas, burgers. You should preferably visit during Evening hours to feel the lighting...

Can't believe they dont care to pick the calls.. I've been trying to place order for Cake. They may realise only if they loose their customer base to another Bakery. Called more than 10 times, and no response.. very poor. I can see similar complaints and they didnt even care about the reviews and no response to that...

So, we placed an order for red velvet cake from Ambrosia. It turned out to be the most disgusting thing I've ever eaten. Took a bite out of it and I got strong urge to puke immediately.

I've been trying to reach them over call but their line seems to be busy. I'd not recommended this...
