The food tasted amazing , like really tasty. We ordered barbeque and charcoal and both were equally good. The chicken wes grilled perfectly and it wes great to the core. We also ordered juices such as mint and ginger lime, needless to say they were also great and refreshing. The hygiene is also maintained.

Now the issue arises in the service. I mean the staff is really polite and respectful but it takes a lot of time for your order to be prepared, we got our juices within 5 mins of ordering but the grill took a heavy 1.30 hrs. I mean the food wes worth the wait but quite a long wait time especially when you're hungry😂.

The atmosphere wes amazing with suitable lighting though only limited seating wes available.

Very good place with varieties of shawarma. The shawarma is really worth and had the authentic flavours in it. The quantity of the meat in the shawarma is very impressive. The varieties in the shawarma they introduced is really good and it was tasty too. Overall very good ambiance and varieties of shawarma. The biriyani shawarma was the variety in the shawarmas. Today I bought spicy and classic shawarma from this place. Spicy shawarma literally had raw red chilli powder, with no fries(unlike Thiruvalla outlet) and old breaking pita bread which tastes no way like a shawarma itself. The Classic shawarma was utterly bland and disappointing with the same cold breaking pita bread. I assumed the food might taste same across since it is a franchise. Honestly I liked Thiruvalla outlet better and ofcourse I won’t buy or recommend Chengannur...
