A pathetic experience i am share, yesterday 29 March 24, dining out with my family. We visited the store at 0615pm, but following, are the extermely bad faced : Store do not have a parking space. The eating area was filthy, not at all clean or cleaned regularly & properly. The most important part, the AC units inside the store was not in ON status, so i asked the billing counter lady to turn it ON, her reply was the time to switch ON the AC is 7pm, we cannot switch ON prior to that. To express the condition inside the store was hoter than outside (current the weather is around 38 to 40 deg C with humidity at 80%) & safocating because of the store being airtight with all ovens in ON condition & other kitchen & other appliance generating heat. As the store staff were not in a mood to address to improve the condition inside the store, so me with my kids & family left the store for pizza hut at Metropolis mall, food court, & the environment was great, so we enjoy our dining out. To summaries, a food gaint like Domino's is worried about the electricity comsumption by compromising the comfort level of customers who have come to eat, by paying for all the services provided including food, will not work long. This way they should stop operating the store as a person will have food only if the eating area is clean & comfortable. The customer is not eating at a road side stall that they have to adjust with no standard of anything. I strongly object to this kind...

Can I give a 0 or minus rating to Domino’s Ajoy Nagar? If I have the power, I would rather shut this outlet. What they have done to me today, no one can do it to any good people.

They are trained to make honest people fool & forged their hard earned money. I’ve visited this outlet today (20.04.2024) with my family to enjoy some pizzas. In the name of complimentary dish, the sales person named PRIYA A has charged me 169+ gst (cgst+ sgst), which I’ve not even ordered. It was 1NVG TACO MEXICANA NV. I didn’t order that thing. That PRIYA A told us it was complimentary. Then HOW DID SHE CHARGE ME FOR THIS DISH?

Who will give my money back? I’ll definitely complain against Domino’s Ajoy Nagar tomorrow to my nearest POLICE STATION & lodge a complain against them. It is not only about getting my money back, it is about Domino’s Ajoy Nagar Outlet’s 420 mindset by which they are ruining the goodwill of Domino’s.

Will never visit this place in my lifetime & request everyone who are from nearby places, beware of visiting Domino’s Ajiy Nagar outlet.

If the owner of this outlet has a little bit of honesty, time & value for his/her customers, then screw your existing staffs & hire new & honest people who will not make honest...

Ajay nagar branch is a hopeless brach according to their current manager Ajit singh if u order online u will not be able to do any customisation with ur order but it never happens before . Even this manager will force u to receive the wrongly placed order and this manager never thinks about the customer’s sentiments. Usually we ordered pizza to celebrate or to make people happy and dominos is an expensive one . But this manager knows how to spoil ur day after listening all ur issues. So he is hopeless he spoiled my wife’s birthday surprise and delivered wrong pizza and asked for photo evidence and after sending the photo evidence he asked to return the pizza so that he can cross check. So embarrassing situation. We order very frequently from them but how can they insult people like this . Mr Ajit Singh is shame...
