Awesome delicious food, been here many times, each and every time full satisfied with their delicious dishes and polite behaviour... visited on 12.10.21, ordered Hot Garlic Noodles, Machurian Mixed Rice, Mixed Fried Rice, Dry Chilli Chiken and Sweet n Sour Chicken.. all are just wow!!! Dry Chilli Chicken must try... In between this long period, we visited here too many times, and every time we enjoyed the food, last time we visited here on 18-11-22, ordered Gourmet Hut Special Mixed Fried Rice, Sizzling Chicken, Black Bean Chicken (another must try) and Prawn Thuppa, each and every dish was fantabulous... Must try their Special Mixed Fried Rice (they serve huge in quantity, it's enough for two easily), just speechless... Read moreFew days back, I ordered chicken fried rice for my kid's birthday party where almost 80% invitees were kids. The rice was home delivered at 8:45 pm. most of the kids were not enjoying eating the rice and few of them took hardly 1-2 spoon of it. At 11 PM when we took it for our dinner we found its smelling badly and it was not at all fresh. I called them to raise a complain. One of them came to collect remaining packet of food to ensure my complain is baseless. He also found its stinking but still he behaved very badly. Next day when I called the owner he also spoke very rudely as it was our fault to order food from the shop. I asked money back for the packets of food I returned that he gave but at the same time he said not to go to his shop in future. However, the representative of this restaurant, has probably not been taught the same.
On 25th May, I had placed an order on Zomato, and after the delivery executive reached the restaurant, all I asked the lady (completely ill behaved) that how long will my order take to get ready.
With a complete arrogant tone, she told me that DONT ASK US, GO AND ASK ZOMATO. Is that the way you talk to a customer?
I laugh at the part that this misbehavior is tolerated. Ultimately, I asked the second time (politely), that how long will you take to hand over the order to Zomato Delivery person.
Even more frustrated, she yells, "5-10 MINUTES. OKAY?".
Food was good, as per the price, but this behavior is certainly not acceptable, and I guess management is doing...
