Mio Amore Cake Shop — Restaurant in Kolkata

Today I visited this mio amore branch. I have visited multiple mio amore branches of Kolkata but the experience was worst with this branch today as because the behaviour of head staff of this branch is very rude and worst. On the mother's day Eve I went to this branch to purchase a cake for my mummy so I asked that person that I am seeing that you have cakes in which mother is written in Bengali as Maa and in English as mom. Do you have any cakes in which mother is written as Maa in Hindi what he said me to this is that this is West Bengal and we don't use Hindi here. I felt very bad after hearing these words from him. And then I said him instead of saying like that you would have taken my feedback and give a positive answer to that by saying we will surely keep some cakes according to what you said . This guy just don't know how to behave with customers and marketing strategy. Worst guy and very bad experience. But I love mio amore products and will continue to like it in future if the quality of product is maintained as it is right...
