We had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. We had booked five rooms for four nights and faced multiple issues throughout. Terrible Room Service – Getting basic amenities was a struggle. We had to call multiple times for every request. Shockingly, for five rooms, they only provided three water bottles, expecting us to share drinking water—unacceptable! Severe Sanitary Issues – Room 608 had a major drainage problem, with sewage water backing up into the room. When we reported it, the staff dismissed it by saying, “It’s a washroom, smells are normal.” Later, the room was flooded with sewage, making it uninhabitable. Lack of Housekeeping – In four days, towels were never changed, and rooms were never cleaned. When checking out, they falsely accused us of “damaging property” because of stains on towels—yet they never provided fresh ones. Rude & Unprofessional Staff – The receptionist was extremely arrogant and spoke in Bengali with other staff while ignoring our concerns. When we tried giving feedback, they bluntly stated that they don’t accept feedback. Even the manager was aggressive and unprofessional, clearly lacking basic hospitality skills. Unjust Treatment Despite Tipping – Despite tipping the staff generously for all the services rendered, we were still met with appalling treatment. We paid for everything, yet the service we received was nothing short of complete hooliganism.

Overall, this was a horrible experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. If you value cleanliness, service, and respect, stay far away...

This is my 4th time, everytime I visit this place, gets surprised with the taste of the food and ambience. We went today to celebrate our 2nd Anniversary, we Ordered: Fruits punch with ice cream( mocktail) Thumbs up masala Soda( Mocktail) Non Veg Platter Butter naan Kareli Rogan Josh Darsaan with Vanila Ice cream.

Trust me each and every item was just wow and delicious. The taste, quantity, presentation all was top notch. The view from this place is mesmerizing and the decorations is brilliant. Surely a perfect place for romantic dinning with soft music will definitely make your day special. They do have a upper tier terrace, from where you can see the beautiful landscape of South Kolkata. They do have both indoor and rooftop arrangement. All the staffs are extremely polite and friendly. Specially Manager Mr. Swarup is too down to earth and so helpful. Please do eat Chef Sujit special mutton dishes, can surely say it's the best in Kolkata. Prices is very much reasonable. Parking facility is also available.
