Santa Delivers — Restaurant in Kolkata

I am a regular customer of Santa Delivers New Alipore outlet..Though they serves quality good food but they must be more sensitive towards customers.....Approach could be better being represented at national platform . Sometimes they put too much oil in food sometimes it is balanced....Ordered egg curry, Basanti pulao combo quality is good but inspite of requests they made the egg curry really oily....I have to throw some oil by spoon. When told them they justified their acts saying making less oilier is not possible...Unproffessional approach. Being 'Shark Tank' representative they should make better approach...

Good portions, Crispy french fries. Not store made but still good. Were crispy even after delivery.

Trying to find a place nearby, so that my fries don't get soggy, I got this place and found fries at a reasonable price(ofcourse with discounts).

Also got a Cheese Blend Dip, which I would not recommend, since it tastes like artificial cheese, like the cheese seasoning you get on movie popcorn. Get a mayo one, it would be better. For a set of large fries, they only sent 1 sachet of ketchup,...

Santa Delivers... Sounds good. Quality of the items are up to the mark. The delivery was very smooth. The packaging was so protective and nicely covered.
