I am writing this review because not only the quality of food but also the behaviour of staff was very rude with me whereas I was speaking very politely with them. I have order butter chicken with parathas and naan...the butter chicken was pure white and looked like payesh (sweet delicacy) and when I asked as to what kind of butter chicken they've sent, the waiters and manager/cashier started saying that this is how butter chicken looks like, they said that I don't know about butter chicken and that I had never been able to afford butter chicken or had in my life..I did not like such kind of behaviour and I'm writing this review so that the restaurant can improve its quality and behave properly with their...

Visited the restaurent on 31st Dec with family for lunch. Ordered Crispy Chicken/Fish Pakora/Chilli Chicken/Mix Fried Rice/Chicken Bharta with Paratha & Ice Cream. From 1st Jan, 3 people are suffering from food poisoning. Mid Grade fever with dysentery. Currently we are treating them in home with Paracetamol + Metrogyl 400. The situation of 2 have improved but ones condition is getting worse , might have to visit the hospital. Yesterday's quality was not good at all. This place is near Ballygunge Station and they stand out for serving great Chinese & Bengali food at affordable prices. A plate of Chilli Chicken & Egg Chicken Fried Rice is a top favourite of mine, the quantity of which can easily be shared between two people. I am yet to try their Bengali cuisine but I have seen people enjoying Bengali meals here with the same smile on their face, which says about the quality.
