Monginis ( Rajpati Confectioners) — Local services in Kolkata

12.11.2025-I visited them, Bata etc. today after a long time. Enjoyed Cakes (Dutch Chocolate Rs:45, Black Current Rs:34 and Black Forest Rs:45). Paid online and took bill. N.B-I asked for bill which I don't do- (Check out your CCTV footage around 3.50pm) (1) *Because one sales girl thought when I was having one after another cake, (As I do in my favourite shops and they know this) that I can't pay. So she went and blocked the gate. I would have more cakes and snacks but due to her this cheap behaviour and wrong judgement, I stopped eating.

If I could give minus rating i would give -5 People who work there have so much of attitude problem even if u said nicely the will answer u back the worst way possible , just ask them not to heat up the food too much they will heatup the food sooo hot you won't be even able to eat it.they get irritated if u don't have the exact amount in cash and God forbid if u don't have the change they will treat u very bad. We all work for food and when u are going somewhere for food and they treat u like this ?!!! Very shameful!!! Will never go there and recommend u...

Monginis is a very popular brand. Building a brand image is very tough but destroying image is a matter of second . Gariahat Monginis, Rajpati Confection , is a very unprofessional outlet of Monginis. The product quality , the behaviour of employees, the service of them are too pathetic. Specially their customer handling procedure is very unprofessional. I would suggest everyone to avoid this franchise specially. Although the food quality of monginis is not up to the mark compared to Mio amore...
