This sharma outlet is just beside DPS RUBY PARK school. The staffs are absolutely arrogant and always misbehave with customers on a regular basis. Today morning i had a worst experience when i asked for 2 samosas and two chai, one staff while handing over the samosa to me said ' next time i will not give u food in my shop if u pay online, we want cash in morning' . If this staff had issue with online payment then he could straight away say this to me when i mentioned to him that i will pay online. This happens on a regular basis, the shop is displaying qr code all over the shop, but when v want to pay online, they shout and fight and humiliate the customer and ask for cash only. If you don't accept online payment, then why don't you display a notice saying that only cash will be accepted for food. ??? This staff not only misbehaved with me not also kept stairing at me making me absolutely uncomfortable and it forced us to shout and yell at the shop right in the morning 7 am and we were forced to call the owner over phone, we informed the owner of this shop regarding the entire nuisance created by him staff and the owner scolded the staff but still that staff behaved rudely and kept stairing with dirty looks and repeated that he won't give food for cash. There were other customers, who said that these staffs create issues and misbehave on regular basis, this particular staff also misbehaved with one of the customer who was arrived just before me. Is this the kind of service we deserve for paying online ???? Today when our government is promoting online payments then how can you fight and shout for paying online ????? This is absolutely unacceptable. Yes u lost one regular customer today, because i won't visit your shop again but moreover you lost your hard earned...
