Suruchi Eating House — Restaurant in Kolkata

Yesterday I ordered two types of kebabs from this place and unfortunately, found the quality as well as quantity not good, also they didn't gave us any complementary lemons etc. which other kebab stalls provide. Spice level was okay and the price was almost reasonable. Overall the food experience was not great at all. Don't order anything during any occasion cause they can't provide the great kebab experience in rush hours, other than that its food quality is good . The shop's location is just as correct as it is in the map. They have good biryani stall as well for chicken and mutton both. Mainly this food stall is kinda popular for its hariyali kebab, reshmi kebab etc. The entrance isn't wheelchair accessible but seats are though. Seating arrangement inside is not that great rather the stall is better...

It's not 'Suruchi Eating House', it's 'Suruchi CHEATING House'. I had ordered quite a few items from them on Swiggy which included 4 kulchas but they sent just 2 kulchas. I had guests at home. Just imagine the embarrassment on dinner table! On complaint, they say we're helpless as we're closing now. How dare they?!

Swiggy offered me a discount coupon of Rs X (the amount I had lost) which can't be clubbed with any other Swiggy discounts. And, I need to order within 30 days.

Basically, I have to order again within 30 days irrespective of whether I want to but only to avail the discount; pay the delivery fee again and get Rs X discount and be unable to avail other Swiggy discounts. A TOTAL LOSS for me!

Swiggy really needs to check the restaurants it lists in its catalogue, and get rid of...

Doesn't even deserve one star. Bought a full plate of chicken tandoori from them on 27th April 2022 at around 10:30-11pm. It was for a special occasion which was totally spoiled by the quality of food they served. We hardly could eat the chicken as it was completely rotten and smelling like S*.
