T T K Restaurant — Restaurant in Kolkata

Today we visited this restaurant with my daughter and wife at 9:48 pm and order chicken rice and dry chilli chicken and butter nun .only 3 table are occupied and other table is empty so they are giving service only this dining customer but other comes at 10:44 pm . So we adjust and start eating with butter nun and chicken fried rice but after few spoons we found they are giving Mixed rice with prawns but me and my daughter have allergic reaction in prawn so I told service boy to change this order so they take my plate with chill chicken 2 pc with this plate ( In one chilly chicken-6 pc one plate) and give me rice replacement with half qty because my wife already started eat and take 7-8 spoons. So I told him why he give me half plate but no answer. It is the way to behave with customers???? And I am also asking what about my two pc chicken that you take with my mixed rice for replacement then the boy told I will give more two pic in few time and I also ordered ostra chilli chicken but they offered me sir I will adjust 2 pc in ostra chicken dish is this right approach??and my question is we have waited 54 min for 1st order then give wrong order and take for replacement and again I have to wait for extra 2 pic chicken to eat new plate rice ? Now time 11 pm and we have to wait more with my 7 years daughter. Is it possible???? Next I saw they are busy with some local police officers in separate room and service going on ? So I think we have no value and we are not paying for this food . At the time of this incident 2 other family also available they also survived and going with children without eating food at 11:15 pm after waiting 20-30 min after giving orders. This restaurant not bothered about anything and they only look after police personnel. This very very very worst and wrong experience with us today and I never recommend to anyone this restaurant very unprofessional behaviour/ service. Now I going to sleep without food…....

T.T.K Restora is located in Garia just opposite to Dinabandhu Andrews College. Actually the restaurant is located in side a small lane and hardly visible from main road, but a sign board is displayed with arrow for direction.

I have been frequent to this place till couple of years ago mainly for having a Chinese dinner. I am an avid fan of Chinese Food and so I always prefer to go this place when I am in mood to have some Chinese food in an affordable budget.

It is an air conditioned restaurant with simple interior. I never go there on any special occasion or festival. It is just a place for a simple quiet dinner or lunch with your friends or family just for a change.

Apart from Chinese, you can get Indian menu also from them. They serve dishes like Biryani, butter nun, veg pulao, kulcha, alu matar, matar paneer, mixed veg, navranta korma, paneer butter masala, chicken tandoori, chicken reshmi kabab, chicken rezala, chicken korma, mutton chap, mutton kasha, mutton rogan jush, mutton rezala etc.

You can get cold drinks, masala soda, jal jeera etc in soft drink category.Food is decent and you will love them. I mainly start the course Chicken hot n sour soup or Chicken sweet corn soup, Veg chowmin, Egg fried rice, Ginger chicken, Garlic chicken, Manchurian chicken, Chicken Manchurian, Manchurian chowmin etc. Quality is sufficient and price is just OK. At least, this restaurant will not cut a big hole in your pocket.

Considering all aspects, I am surely recommending this place for a simple Chinese...
