The problem nowadays is that the 'so called food vloggers' are cheap and gets sold out by the kilo. After scrolling through Instagram and coming across several reels of the food bloggers recommending this cafe, my friends and I decided to pay this place a visit.

Things the vloggers fail to mention in their reels:

The place is located in an old garage. The decor is inspired by cars. The place is swarming with mosquitoes.

The seats are that of old cars and the covers are really really dirty.

You can avail the combos only if you seat at specific tables. We wanted to try the combo but we didn't want to seat at the table shown, as the table was swarming with mosquitoes

So we opted for ala carte. The entire Korean menu was unavailable. Most mocktails were unavailable except the mojitos. Even noodles were unavailable. Most lamb dishes were unavailable

The things we tried:

Brain freeze orange shisha: The flavor was nice, but it took us 5 mins just to explain that we needed ice water as base

Masala Murg Bruschetta: The dish was decent although the quantity was small. Taste of the masala Murg toppings was spicy and packed with flavors

Lamb and Cranberry tacos: The tacos were soft and soggy. The onions used were not fresh. Only 3 tacos for that price was not justified. Couldn't really taste lamb on the tacos

Chicken Genovese pesto base English pizza: The only dish we liked. The crust was thin and light. The toppings were generous. Worth trying

Lichi and Mint mojito: Nothing except mojitos were available. So we ordered this one. Thoroughly disappointed as there was no hint of litchi. Just sugar syrup and nothing else. I have made better mojitos at home. 220 for that is a waste of money

Burnt garlic fried rice: we ordered chowmein but they had ran out of noodles so we changed it to this. The flavor garlic was just right and not overpowering. We liked it. But the quantity was just enough for 1 person.

Chicken in hot garlic sauce: For the 1st time I saw a place serve 5 pieces of chicken in 1 full plate. The number of pieces are always in the multiple of 4. That is half plate 4 and full plate 8 pieces. The gravy was nice. No complains there. The chicken pieces were slightly crunchy on the outside but soft on the inside. A decent dish

Chicken Alfredo pasta: Completely lacked flavors. No hint of cheese whatsoever. The white sauce was made with just milk and flour.

The person serving us was really nice and served with a smile and also quick on his feet. After dinner all of us felt that most dishes were below far. Neither the taste nor the quantity could justify the price. Most dishes were quite lacking in quantity. We left the place disappointed and...

⭐ 1 Star Extremely Disappointing Experience – A Complete Waste of Time and Money

I recently booked a car spa and dining experience at Bisto at Topsia, and I must say, it was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had in a long time. The place was nothing like what was promised or shown in the promotional video shared during the booking process.

To begin with, the ambience was completely different from what was shown in the video. The seating arrangements were very poor and definitely not suitable for a group of 6-8 people. The tables and chairs looked unorganized, and to make matters worse, they were not properly cleaned. It felt like there was zero attention given to hygiene or customer comfort. The overall environment looked neglected and uninviting.

The lighting inside was extremely dim, making it uncomfortable to even sit and eat properly. Additionally, the air conditioning was either not functioning at all or was poorly maintained, because the place was hot and stuffy. This made the entire experience uncomfortable from the moment we arrived.

One of the most frustrating parts of the visit was the interaction with the manager, Mr. Rahul. When I politely informed him about my dissatisfaction and said I wanted to leave, he insisted that I could not exit unless I spent a minimum of ₹2500. This felt extremely unprofessional and forced. I felt trapped, and to avoid further conflict, I ended up ordering food just to meet the minimum charge.

However, even the food was of terrible quality. The taste was bland and unsatisfying, and it did not feel fresh at all. The presentation was poor, and it certainly did not match the pricing. Overall, the food felt like a complete afterthought and lacked any sense of quality or care.

To summarize:

The ambiance was misleading and far below expectations. The location and setup were different from what was promised. Seating arrangements were unsuitable and dirty. Lighting and air conditioning were very poor. Manager's behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. Food quality was bad and not worth the money.

This experience left me feeling frustrated and cheated. What was supposed to be a relaxing and premium experience turned out to be a complete waste of both time and money.

I strongly urge others not to book this place, no matter how attractive their ads or booking videos may look. Reality is completely different, and you may end up regretting your decision like I did.
