Draught Beer – Rs 99: Fresh and enjoyable. Shepherd’s Pie – Rs 614 (4/5): Made with minced lamb, it was flavorful and hearty. Overall, The Other Room is a great alternative if the main Trincas dining area has a wait. It offers a relaxed yet refined atmosphere with good food and excellent pricing.

If you want to enjoy Trincas food without beating your eat up over loud music, this is the place. A bit disappointed with the quality of the food that was served, the kebab platter was underwhelming, they were a bit dry and overly spiced, not succulent at all! The lobster and the crab were okay, we have had better here before. The dry chilli fish was excellent! We cannot complain about the service though.

This place has that ambience of a past that seems so forgotten. Maybe, the rich from the 1980s would have gone to a preferably cozy bar that would have looked like the place back in the days. It felt to me that the ambience that we felt while here may have been untouched for a really long time. The food was bad. Some chicken cooked in maidha was what it was and it was really bad. But the mood is chill.

Visited yesterday evening to meet old colleagues after a long break. The main TRINCAS restaurant was full and the staff at the door led us to the Other Room behind the building. We got our table right away, that too on a Friday evening peak time. Menu card is same and food comes from the same kitchen. Food tasted good as expected.
