Amani Arabian Restaurant — Restaurant in Kozhencherry

Visited this place and had ordered - Chili Gobi , Paneer Butter masala and parotta , regretfully didnt had satisfactory experience - in short ruined my evening and yes wasted money , My observation and ratings below , Trust the management will action on it.

INTERIOR -

The sign board looks good and catchy , however its not that rosy inside. Rating 5 star for exterior

The place inside is filthy , seems they are not keen on cleanliness , am highlighting one of the area , noticed the dirt near the counter next to door entry to JOOZZ section is the filthiest uncleaned since ages resultant you can see dark patches accumulated over neglection. ( didnt took the photo to avoid embarrassment to the management ,quiet hopeful they will action on my comments ) that said will surely take photo if I visit again . Rating 0 star

Pantry area too looks unkept. Rating 0 star

They have an army of staffs , wondering why the place is upkept.

FOOD :-

This is not the the place if you are vegetarian as they use the same vessel for veg food , I could feel the chicken taste in paneer and chilly Gobi. Understand that its a cost to keep separate vessels but atleast they should clean before using it for Veg items.

PANEER BUTTER MASALA - Taste of Chicken and raw spices, but Paneer cube were fresh. Verdict - NOT RECOMMENDED. Rating 1 star

CHILLY GOBI - - it did tasted good but still in some bites you can feel that non veg taste. Verdict - RECOMMENDED. Rating 2 star

PAROTHA : - I had specially requested for fresh parotta , but they didnt gave me as requested and this spoiled our whole mood. Next time if I had to buy parotta , will ensure that am opening the parcel before taking delivery. Verdict - NOT RECOMMENDED - Rating 0 star.

I ordered thrice from this restaurant and I'll be giving a detailed explanation on the experience received below- First time- ordered a few parottas and chilli beef it tasted delicious and the delivery was quick and prompt. Second time- ordered kothu paratha it definitely didn't taste fresh rather tasted like old kothu paratha that had been reheated and sent. Third time- tried placing an order for 14 parottas at 5 in the evening for 7p.m delivery but they said order at 7 itself so you'll get freshly made parottas, so I followed their advise and called up at 7 the employee who attended the call said okay no problem and hung up the phone without even taking the address. After 15 mins called him once more as we a family of 6 had been craving badly for some parottas and even this time the experience was the same, he hung up before even taking the address. Lastly had to order from some place due to Ambani's erratic behaviour. Never ever going to order food from this place again due to their unprofessional customer service. The experience with amani arabian restaurant was great. The taste of the food was awesome and good. service of the staff was good. I tryed chicken biriyani, al-faham chicken, kotthuporotta (chicken and beef)shawai, shawarma etc, all of this was so good and tasty. I think most of the zomato, swiggy orders are from the amani arabian restaurant. the rate of the food was less. Rumali chicken shawarma roll! Al-faham chicken! Shawai chicken! Kotthuporotta chicken! Biriyani! This all are the dish that i tryed recently. You can take dine in and takeout is available. Home deliverey is also available for the restaurant... If you take home delivery try zomato because the rate is very low in zomato and fast delivery. Parking for cars is less but for bike it easy for park. Shake, fruit salad, fresh juice are also available in the shop.There no too much lag for getting the food.I just now ordered the food in zomato.
