Muthoot Hospital Canteen — Restaurant in Kozhencherry

Pathetic service at all.. no puntuality.. I have ordered breakfast for patient by directly visiting the canteen by 6:30 am. The lady in the billing told the foods are not ready, they will send it to room once it is ready before 8 am. They didnt delivered the food on time. I called the canteen but no response . I visited the canteen again and asked about the food. They told may be it is delivered, they handover it to delivery people etc…. Then they called the delivery guy… He told he dont know… At last the lady in the billing started argueing with me that it was not her mistake bla bla bla…. I waited for another 20 mins to get the food….that means , they didnt even prepared the ordered food for me.

All over , its a hospital canteen . They should have the responsibility to deliver the food atleast to patients under treatment.

I repeat again., “Very poor service”

Note Half hour After having the food that i brought , they bring the food that i have ordered first😂😂😂. This indicates the poor coordination and incapability to provide satisfactory...

Don't go to a hospital canteen with high expectations of hotel food.. Had lunch. When asked for the second time, there were no curries to serve. The taste was not worth the price. Judging by the expressions of the people sitting at the cash counter, it was as if we had gone to buy something generous. Before eating, you have to take a token and pay the bill, so order wisely.. "Wake up Ratheesh" items are there.. It is recommended to eat only if necessary.. The interior is good.. There is also a separate area for the hospital staff... DON'T expect much afterall it's a hospital canteen we ordered meals (65₹ per plate) The side dishes are pathetic in quantity and by 1:30 Pm most of them are over. The food tasted okay, Wish they could have brought more varieties and increased the quantity of the food.
