Aarya Bhavan Veg Hotel — Restaurant in Kozhencherry

On today 9 th Jan 2025,we visited this hotel Actually we guys from chennai for sabarimala pilgrim visit,After dharshan we started from pamba to this particular hotel ( Aarya bhavan pure veg) We ordered 8 meals which cost 120 / per meal ,food is really good but service is not good,one member from our group ,asked one spoon of sugar (for mix with curd)but they said we won't provide.....I felt bad because we are paying right, we asked again see one spoon of sugar only we are ready to pay for that sugar also but they said no ,because it's owner instruction if I give sugar he will watch from cctv and dismiss from my job its strict instruction so I felt so bad I don't want someone's life affects because of one spoon of sugar, But it seems dis respectful behavior of that owner and staff I am asking you( owner ans staff) I paid for my food then why this insulting behavior from you people and you also know we are come from another state,This is not good for you all I felt like you insulted everyone you guys dono how to be kind to provide food ...... This is real incident Guys from respectful thoughts don't go this AARYABHAVAN PURE VEG ....They won't treat you good So don't go there They feel like they have horn and you are just a piece of there profit.They don't mind you

This is a horrible place to have lunch dinner or I honestly would never want to visit this place ever again as the behaviour of the staff is unacceptable, and they are insulting Hindu, who Who are returning From Sabarimala trip, me and my group of 25 people visited this hotel and the Who appears to be the waiter acted like he is the owner of the hotel, and The manager of the hotel acts like he’s the owner. I don’t know who the owner is who the manager is, but this behaviour by the staff is unacceptable. They cannot speak to us like this as they do not have basic sense of how to treat their customers or how to maintain common customer Basics. Me and my group have been visiting this hotel from the past five years continuously. Every time we return from Ayyappa trip, we come here and have lunch and go back, but this is the time we decided that we are not going to ever come back here again, so this is a negative review. I would request you all not to ever ever visit this hotel again, as there are many more other better hotels in the surroundings. I am thinking, even if I could give one star, but I have to give one star because I have to give...

AIR CONDITION ROOM thali meals matta rice (AC room) = 100rs [ 3 soft chapatis or 3 soft pooris (before rice )+ personal tray with curd chillis(kondattam) , pickle , salt + ice cream + banana ( poovanpazham ) ]

thali meals white rice ( " " ) = 110rs [ same as above ]

medium parking place avail for both 2wheelers and 4wheelers . Near Leonards 's [LEO's] restaurant and indianoil petrol pump , KOZHENCHERRY .
