Burger King — Restaurant in Kulgaon Badlapur

I visited Burger King Badlapur today (25th April 2025) with my sister, and I absolutely have to share the amazing experience we had, all thanks to one of the floor crew members, Pooja.

From the moment we entered, Pooja greeted us — and every customer — with a big, genuine smile. She was incredibly helpful, guiding customers with patience and care even during peak rush hours. What stood out the most was how personally involved she was in making everyone feel welcomed and comfortable.

Even though I’m quite familiar with Burger King and have visited many times, Pooja still assisted me in placing my order through my phone. She not only helped me navigate the ordering process but also showed me how to discover app offers and place discounted orders. I ended up saving a significant amount of money, and I was genuinely surprised — in the best way. Her guidance made my experience smoother and smarter!

Throughout our time there, she kept checking on each customer — offering water, ketchup, tissues, anything they might need. She never let the rush affect her enthusiasm.

One moment I’ll never forget: there was a small child sitting near our table, waiting while her father was busy placing another order. Seeing this, Pooja gently stepped in and fed the child herself, with so much care and joy. It was such a beautiful, human moment. She knows exactly how to handle not just adult customers, but also kids.

My sister and I personally thanked her before leaving. Employees like Pooja are rare — she isn’t just doing a job, she’s creating an experience. She deserves all the recognition and truly has the potential to be in a leadership role. Burger King, please take note of Pooja — she’s a star.

Staff is extremely unprofessional. They don’t listen to orders properly and mess it up almost every time. For takeaway, I had to wait over 30 minutes — and nobody cared to update me. When I ordered for delivery, after half an hour I was told “delivery boy hi nahi hai”.

AC isn’t even working properly inside, and there are mosquitoes flying around constantly. Staff members are rude and behave like they’re doing us a favour. One of them even started talking to me like I’m his friend — no sense of customer service or manners.

They literally force you to buy things you didn’t even ask for — "Sir lelo na lelo na" — bhai maine bola na mujhe nahi chahiye! And don’t even try calling them — phone kabhi uthate nahi. Call 2-3 times, uske baad toh phone switch off hi ho jata hai.

Seriously disappointed. This is not what I expect from a brand like...
