I went in for taking take away and ordered meal for 4. Today 14.11.2024 being Children’s day no offer was there as compared to Dominos From menu we ordered meal for 4 combo wherein 4 soft drinks (any) was mentioned and they denied to give that 4 with take away and order taker was arguing to take only 2 drinks. On menu it is not mentioned that 4 drinks are for dine in and 2 for take away. I asked for feedback form or asked where to give review he said you will get message and no message is received even after 4 hours of order. Even on last visit drinks were unlimited and order taker didn’t informed us and after looking at table top display we asked that drinks are unlimited as per this offer then they said yes it is unlimited that shows either staff is not trained properly or they are trained for reserving food stock Very bad experience in every visit Hope atleast feedback comes in place so that you can work in that. Today when we ordered pizzas and pasta from the Pizza Hut app, after 40 minutes the delivery person called and asked for the address. When we enquired about for purpose he did call he replied he is PORTER aur aapko pizza nahi chahiye kya? He was NOT AUTHORIZED PIZZA HUT DELIVERY GUY. We told him our address is registered on the app, he said he didn't have the address spoke to us rudely. He said he is not even from Badlapur, knows nothing about the area. He didn't deliver the pizzas at our doorstep And my husband had to walk to the Main Road for 5 minutes to receive the ORDER after 50 minutes.
