Read moreApparently I went there because I follow them on Instagram and people have been going crazy about the place so I decided to try.
Cons: Considering this was labelled as one of new aged restaurants in Badlapur they failed at below stages You cannot celebrate here because staff don't know how to serve it, i.e. Only if you are expecting a cake stand, Candles, Birthday Song and blah blah 'Disoriented' Service, I assume from there dress code; they have 3 Levels of Staffs. 1 who takes order, 2 who serves order and 3 who clears the tables. The 1s who take orders jumbled with the order even after confirmation delayed the experience by 40mins You'll find the discrepancy in the description of any dish/course you are ordering. Example: We checked the Portion Size of Mulukh Special, One of the Servers told us that it was served to 8 People while the Order taker contradicted him and said it'll be good for 3 only as it was later. The response is Slow, The staff is Not Attentive; I don't expect them to deliver on time considering peak timings but acknowledgement of things will help Food was served Cold and when asked about it, It was made warm again and served. Example: Rice Bhakri, It was Icy Cold when we asked to change it with a warm one; we ended up with warm but Rubbery Rice Bhakri
Pros: Crab Masala was out of the World Prawns Rava Fry was Delicious, we ended up ordering 2 back to back Ambience is Great Small Quotes on the Dishes on Wall are Great
Conclusion: I want them to desperately improve on their Service aspects because they have nailed the Taste, Ambience, Location.
I might not visit again just because of this but I'll enjoy the food courtesy of...
Read moreThe food was worst, top of that those tables at their restaurant are always messy they took a long when we asked them to clean it. We ordered bombil fry, chicken biryani and chicken lolipop their so called kombadi lolipop. When we asked if they provide boneless chicken in biryani the waiter went crazy and laughed like insane. Instead of telling them to bring both starters first and then later on bring biryani. Waiter brought everything together and then asked us what to do with biryani😳? Like seriously?? We have to instruct the waiter what he needs to do while serving the food. Bombil fry was ok but Chicken Lollipop (kombadi lolipop) was pathetic in taste. There was no taste at all also it was too expensive total waste of money. After that we had biryani that was pathetic too .The chicken was like rubber not cooked well and rice added to the biryani was chinese fried rice which also looks like rubber flakes. Top of that when they serve biryani they forgot to serve Raita, lemon and onion, we had to ask for it. And when we went to pay, the waiter was busy attending phone call totally ignoring the other customers as well. We had to wait at the counter for long time to pay the bill. These people dont provide finger bowl. When asked for it they point towards wash basin which had no water. Top of that the guy with the long hair keeps combing his hairs while serving food at restaurant. And the funny thing is after we are done with the dinner the waiter asks if we want Modak as a desert. The guy is really crazy who eat's modak after...
