Trijal Restaurant — Restaurant in Bhichaulimardana

Yesterday i went to this restro with my family for celebrating Bday of my wife and wanted to spent good time with family and friends, but my whole experience was worse. Below is detailed explanation Food There were 3 kids with us and we specially asked to prepare our food less spicy as we have kids, but even making food less spicy they added additional spices and made it hell to eat. we told the person and he replaced dished which was again spicy so without eating it we left it Service Everyone who was there to provide the service was only moving here and there but nobody was listening not only us but other families are also bothered. Atmosphere As the current Atmosphere is having humidity and sweaty, so instead of making Atmosphere better was very bad. drinking water is like room temperature. There was not provision of coldness who were seated on top.

When you go to a high end resturant we exiect certain things, which trijal certainly fell short. 1. The lady at the reception received us but had no idea how to guide us to a table which was reserved for us. Usually people at reception have a walkie to talk and coordinate. 2. The person taking orders was not knowing about the food options. On asking asking whether the biriyani is Dum cooked, he said yes it will come in a kadhai. 3. Servers were not prompt in clearing the used plates. 4. The soups were served without the soup cutlery. 5. The wet napkins offered after the food were also of a very poor and cheap quality and were cold. 6. The whole restaurant was not well kept and the random stuff like cutlery boxes, water bottles etc were lying here and there and the glass cabins had major stains on them. 7. I recently visited Trijal, and it was an absolute delight from start to finish. The ambience of the place immediately sets the tone—dim lighting, soft music, and tasteful decor that creates a cozy yet chic atmosphere. It's perfect for both a casual meal with friends or a more intimate dinner.

Now, onto the food—each dish was a masterpiece. The flavors were rich and perfectly balanced, showing the care and attention that went into each plate. I highly recommend the desert Lasooni Kheer—it was the highlight of the evening, bursting with fresh, vibrant flavors. The presentation was top-notch too, with each dish looking almost too beautiful to eat (but of course, I did!).
