Berchha Mawa Bhandar (DAIRY & SWEET) — Restaurant in Madhya Pradesh

My shopping experience was bad here. One arrongant customer started misbehaving without any reason and shop-owner was standing dumb. That was first and last visit to the shop.

I am writing incontinuation to previous post in para-1. The previous comment was regarding incident 3-4 years back. I was not so regular after that but my family members occasionally visited. Very recently I visited the shop for snacks but the experience remains the same. Very bad. I was looking at some other comments and people have reported about misbehaving of the bald guy with the customers. This is a serious issue I am also mentioning about the same arrogant guy. Needs to learn humbleness and manners to talk...

This place is known for Good quality Mawa or dairy products at store, they have multiple branches in bhopal.

I've visited the store which is located at Gulmohar Colony near Aura mall.

I've visited for a quick bite during my office lunch breaks.

And purchased a paneer patis which was made by their staff. Price was 50 rs, rate is affordable, but the taste was not that good as i expected, thought the bercha have much better than the steet patis, but that was not the case the bercha patis was worse taste.

Not recommend for fast food, you may consider buying sweets if you want.

Gulmohar, Babadia kalan shop : Date 17 May 10:15 - 10:20 am. My personal exp today. The person at the counter, the bald person is very rude and Arrogant. He dont have any respect for customer is only concerned for money. He shouts at customer if he dont get money in account if u pay via online payment. Very bad shop even all things present are of bad quality. But main thing is that shop owner’s behaviour is pathetic and Arrogant need to boycott this shop. If have not experienced u will experience it now or later.. Beware….. This shop owner and Person sitting at counter sees as labour and treats...
