Sharma & Vishnu Fast Food Center — Restaurant in Madhya Pradesh

Today I visited this outlet of Sharma and Vishnu's near Shahpura Thana, to celebrate my sister's birthday lunch and it was nothing short of a disappointment. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that this location fell short of the high standards set by its other franchises.

The staff greeted me with a lackluster attitude that bordered on rudeness. Service seemed to be a low priority, as the service station was cluttered and disorganized, adding to the overall chaotic atmosphere. To make matters worse, the restaurant was overrun with houseflies, an issue that greatly impacted the dining experience. The sight of tiny insects crawling on the ketchup bottles was particularly unappetizing.

Hygiene appeared to be an afterthought here. The washroom and sink were in a deplorable state, suggesting a serious lack of maintenance. The single entry and exit, combined with the poor ventilation, left me feeling uneasy about safety and comfort.

As for the food, it was a letdown compared to what one might expect from this chain. The dishes were mediocre at best, lacking the quality and flavor that usually make their other locations stand out.

Overall, this restaurant needs significant improvements in both service and cleanliness. Until then, I would recommend dining at one of their better-managed franchises or seeking...

"Need to Avoid this Restaurent Immidiately"

The water cooler is placed in an extremely close space with the toilet, a dirty area, and of course, the toilet smells a lot. So now, because they didn't serve water on the table, you have no option but to buy a 20-rs water bottle. (Try to calculate the sales per month with 500 average customers per day from just a water bottle.).

The people who cook and serve are rude. Yes, the person at the reception is nice, but as a customer, I will interact more with the serving staff than with him. Also, I have observed that the serving staff dominates the hotel more than the authority figures. They decide what to give and what not to give.

Ex - The amont of chole you will get with the 3 kulche is not sufficient at all. If you ask them for more they responded "itna hi aata hai"

You will get the feeling that you are not important at all. It's like they have developed the mentality that people will come to him no matter what. That's why I told you at the beginning that we needed to avoid this restaurant immediately.

I visited Sharma & Vishnu fast food center on sunday, so there was quite a rush there. The order took more time than usual. The food we ordered was classic😋 in taste as always and live up to it's name.

The quantity of food is quite good at such affordable price💸. Tawa roti was really nicely cooked and felt like home made which is usually a problem in other food joints. They didn't compromise the quality of food because of the rush, that's a really nice quality in hospitality business👌.

There is a lot of space where you can sit and eat your food. The ambiance is nice and the decoration is good, gives a traditional look😍✨️.

Parking🚗 space is also there but they need to improve that as its not quite organized. Washroom is also there at the restaurant.

It's a self service fast food center, but they need to improve about calling your order number or the dish that you ordered. As sometimes it's not audible and then you need to check with them frequently.
