I have been a very loyal customer to this outlet from last 4 years but with time passing by the staff here has become very arrogant. Jin parameters ke liye ye log cake banana reject karte hain vo same cakes maine as per my requirement ABH, BNS, Nadora and other homebakers se banwaye hain.. Just increasing the number of stores won’t make you successful in business if you dealing is like this. Even the charges which they have increased are not at all worthy in terms of the quality of the cake they deliver now. Even recently, I visited this store to get a semi fondant popit theme cake done but the chef was like main to order nahi loonga semi fondant ka reception wale ko lena hai to lele.. What attitude is this. I was insulted a big time there. And then I ordered a same cake at a bakery nearby which is also very very famous and what an amazing cake they delivered exactly what I wanted. Seriously never gonna visit this...

The variety of freshly baked goods, snacks, and desserts was impressive, and everything was incredibly fresh and delicious. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff was friendly and attentive.

SFB provides delicious cakes and are customisable. Price range varies when customising the cake. The outlet is clean and proper covid protocols were followed. They have wide range of flavours to choose from. They are well known for pastries and dine in food. Although the customized cakes lack proper finish. Not to mention the size varied from what I ordered.

Apart from that their customer service was a let down, as ordering a customised cake became too much of a hassle and was upsetting. They do provide home delivery charges depending on how far away...
