🌟 Review of Bhopal Bakehouse & Cafe, Indore ☕️
If you’re a coffee lover or someone who appreciates a clean, welcoming café space, Bhopal Bakehouse & Cafe is worth a visit. We recently dropped by on a busy Sunday evening and was pleasantly surprised to find it completely empty, making it perfect for a relaxed experience without any crowd.
☕ Beverages We ordered a Vietnamese Cold Brew and a classic Cappuccino, both of which were genuinely impressive:
The Cappuccino was smooth, creamy, served in a generous cup, with a satisfying espresso kick and beautifully textured foam.
The Vietnamese Cold Brew was the highlight. Visually appealing, perfectly balanced ,not too sugary, not too bitter and you could taste the quality beans in every sip.
The beverages, though fairly common and familiar, were prepared really well. They made for a pleasant and satisfying experience overall.
🍟 Food For quick snacks , we grabbed -
Crispy Peri-Peri French Fries – Perfectly crisp without feeling greasy, nicely seasoned, and served warm. The garlic dip was a unique sweet and tangy touch. Portion size was fair and worth the price.
Chili Cheese Garlic Toast – Unfortunately, this one fell flat. The toast was soggy, the cheese felt stiff instead of melty, and the overall flavor was quite bland. It was a disappointment compared to everything else.
🍰 Dessert After our mains, we moved to the outdoor seating to enjoy dessert in the fresh evening breeze. We tried their Hazelnut Cheesecake, which was delightful . Smooth, creamy, and melt in your mouth rich without the oily texture hazelnut desserts sometimes have. The portion was small for the price but a nice sweet indulgence. They also offer other desserts but on the pricier side 💰🍰
🌿 Ambience & Activities
One of the things I loved most about this place is the flexibility of the seating , you can choose between cozy indoor tables or outdoor spots depending on your mood. We enjoyed the calm indoor vibe and the great variety of board games like Jenga, Ludo, Snakes and Ladders, Marbles, and more. It’s perfect for catching up with friends or unwinding after a long week.
👩🍳 Service The staff were good , polite, warm, and accommodating. They brought our orders out promptly and were genuinely open to hearing our feedback about the food.
🚗 Parking Parking can be a little tricky since the café is located right on the street with constant traffic around.
🌱 Other Highlights
Good vegetarian variety across the menu .
Decent food presentation , many dishes are Instagrammable.
Pricing is mostly balanced and feels fair considering the quality.
✅ Final Verdict Overall, BBC is a great value for a quick hangout. The excellent coffee, delicious desserts, fun board games, and comfy space made it memorable. I’d love to return to try more or just relax in the cozy atmosphere and try out more of...
Read moreBhopal Bakehouse and Cafe (BBC) is a cozy little cafe situated in the bylanes of Patrakar colony.
A division of Bhopal's renowned Jehan Numa Palace, this bakery aka cafe is a treat to visit.
Overlooking the busy street, the cafe has a calm and peaceful vibe. A pleasant contradiction to the chaos outside. This, almost sudden change of emotions can be experienced as soon as you enter the cafe. As if, the cafe doors take you into a different world.
Its minimalistic yet tasteful ambience, well maintained hygiene, soothing ambient music makes the place very welcoming. The seating is comfortable and available in indoor as well as outdoor options. Outdoor being the smoking area.
Covered with a cute french fence, the outdoor seating area is adjacent to the bustling street but the smart placement of plants works as a perfect divide, elevating the looks of the cafe.
Started as a bakery, BBC offers well stocked shelves of cakes, pastries, muffins and varieties of breads. A sheer delight to look at and have.
The menu isn't elaborate but offers everything that you would expect from a cafe.
Having visited the cafe almost every time of the day. My personal favourite is the breakfast time. The cafe isn't crowded, the place is quiet with just music playing in the background and you can sit there just by yourself, reading or working. Their breakfast menu is also very good and offers healthy breakfast options.
Morning time is also good to catch up for official meetings, if you are looking for a not-so-serious environment.
If you visit the cafe with friends, you can pick up board games like Jhenga, Snakes&Ladder, Ludo, Chess and give the cafe experience a cheerful twist.
Having mentioned all the positives, there is one big negative - parking space. Since the cafe is located on the road, there's not much space to park four wheelers. There is still some space for two wheelers but it's a challenge for cars. This becomes a turn-off while visiting BBC.
All in all, BBC is a great cafe to check out at least once. I like to visit the place often and indulge in their...
Read moreHi guys,
Visited the place recently it is situated in saket near star bucks, the location is very easy to find.
The ambiance is very classic you have a lot of sitting options inside an outside, with glass window to see live kitchen and see how they prepare dishes.
We tried some of the items from their menu like beans and toast, pizza and ravioli pasta, chocolate shake and protein berry shake and to my suprise i was shocked to see that I liked everything other than ravioli pasta, this is the first time I tried this and the base sauce was tasty but pasta itself was a bit tasteless could have been better with more salt and pepper.
Overall service is fast, cooking is tasty and unique in itself , staff is friendly and hospitality is upto the mark,
the only thing I didn't like is offer system, if you are providing some offers why put so many conditions on it to make it hard to redeem, make offers useable like other big and premium cafe's where you don't even have to mention your offer to them or explain it.
Overall recommended will...
